Viviana Dreyer is working as Training & Education Consultant based in Munich. She holds a Master’s degree in HR & Organizational Development, is a certified blended learning designer and recently completed a professional certificate in Instructional Design. In her role, she is responsible for designing and delivering in-house training programs based on clients’ needs (both in face-to-face as well as blended learning settings), as well as for planning and conducting workshop events and webinars around IP topics. Viviana Dreyer is excited about the new online learning trends and how to combine these effectively with the well-established learning formats.
