The Dennemeyer Group has entered a research partnership with CTC Legal Media, one of the most influential publishers in the IP industry, with the goal to establish a global IP expert panel and conduct regular surveys on IP megatrends. The Dennemeyer Group and CTC Legal Media have launched "IP Trend Monitor," an online IP expert panel. Professionals from all areas of IP management (patents, trademarks, designs) and all regions of the world are invited to register. Following the registration period, that ends in May 2018, all members will receive an email invitation to participate in the survey. The first issue will focus on "The impact of digitization on managing Intellectual Property."

Members of the IP Trend Monitor will be the first to receive detailed documentation and interpretation of the results, completely free of charge. A synopsis of the findings will be published in both the Patent Lawyer Magazine and the Trademark Lawyer Magazine.

" We are excited to be working alongside Dennemeyer with this unique project to share our industry knowledge and create a brand new product to help Intellectual Property professionals better understand and analyze the industry. We hope that completing this project with a global industry leader like Dennemeyer will give the surveys the best chance of success," says Chris Dooley, Publisher and Managing Director at CTC Legal Media.

In the context of the cooperation, Sebastian Deck, the Global Head of Marketing & Communications at Dennemeyer Group, states: " We consider this an exciting opportunity to identify the drivers that change the global management of IP. CTC Legal Media is the perfect partner for us: With more than 25 years of experience in legal publishing, they can help establish the IP Trend Monitor expert panel and provide the platform for the global communication and discussion of the survey results."

Here are some of the benefits of becoming an IP Trend Monitor panel member:

  • IP expert panel: be part of an exclusive IP expert panel that comprises top decision makers in the Intellectual Property industry;
  • Trend barometer: share your opinions on the global management of Intellectual Property;
  • Early access: receive a free copy of the study results before they are published.
